Job summary

Accenture is seeking a GCP Senior Data Engineer to deliver data modernization and AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform. You will design data pipelines, model building, and support analytics initiatives alongside senior architects and client teams.

You will work with BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Looker, Vertex AI, and related MLOps practices, contributing to secure, governed data architectures and reusable accelerators across engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in Data Engineering, Analytics, or ML fields.
• Minimum 4 years practical experience with Google Cloud Platform.
• Minimum 5 years experience with SQL, data modeling and data pipelines.
• Minimum 3 years Python or AI/GenAI tools (Vertex AI preferred).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years).

Responsibilities

• Deliver data modernization, analytics, and AI solutions on GCP.
• Build data pipelines and models; support architecture design.
• Contribute to dashboards using Looker/Looker Studio and data quality.
• Collaborate with clients and senior architects; ensure security and governance.
• Support MLOps, model testing, and documentation.
