Job summary

Deloitte seeks a Sr Consultant in GCP Cloud Analytics to help design, build, and scale Google Cloud-enabled data ecosystems for enterprise decision-making and transformation. The position requires 5+ years in technology consulting, 1+ full lifecycle GCP projects, 2+ years SQL/Python, and willingness to travel ~50%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technology consulting or industry experience with end-to-end architecture using Google Cloud Platform tools.
• 1+ full lifecycle implementation using a Google Cloud Platform toolset.
• 2+ years of SQL and Python.
• 1+ years leading workstreams across multiple locations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Ability to travel 50%, on average.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• Experience with Snowflake and Databricks (preferred).
• Experience with GCP services including BigQuery, Dataflow, Data Fusion, Pub/Sub, and Kubernetes (preferred).
• Experience with Spark, Java, Kafka, and Striim (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Design and contribute to end-to-end cloud analytics architectures on Google Cloud Platform.
• Support full lifecycle implementations across ingestion, transformation, governance, and analytics enablement.
• Develop and optimize cloud-based data solutions from structured and unstructured data.
• Use automation and analytics to improve insight generation and decision-making.
• Lead portions of engagements and coordinate delivery across teams in multiple locations.
