manpowe is seeking a Gas Turbine Performance Sr Advanced Engineer in Phoenix, AZ, offering hybrid work options. The role focuses on supporting cross-functional aerospace programs with NPSS-based engine performance modeling and analysis.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in turbine engine performance modeling, strong thermodynamics knowledge, and proven NPSS experience, working across engineering disciplines and communicating findings to leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
Minimum 4 years of hands-on turbine engine performance modeling experience.
Proven NPSS engine cycle modeling experience (build/debug/refine).
Strong knowledge of gas turbine steady-state and transient thermodynamics.

Responsibilities

Build, debug, and maintain steady-state and transient NPSS models.
Develop and support NPSS customer models for aerospace gas turbine engines.
Perform engine performance analysis and operability assessments.
Provide data reduction and analysis for engine development & qualification.
Collaborate across engineering disciplines and communicate findings to leadership.
