The role involves developing and communicating trading strategies, monitoring market conditions, and potentially leading a team of junior traders. Strong experience in energy trading is essential.

Formación

• High School Grad / GED required
• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5+ years of experience in energy trading or related field

Responsabilidades

• Monitors market conditions and analyzes transactions to identify and execute energy trades
• Ensures transaction terms are beneficial and meet risk guidelines
• Optimizes economics to minimize energy costs and maximize profits for generation portfolio
• Determines generation requirements and coordinates fuel procurement
• Coaches junior traders
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
