Job summary

Producers Midstream Management LLC is seeking a Senior Mechanical Technician to perform maintenance on natural gas gathering and processing compression equipment, ensuring safe operations and optimized throughput.

The role is field-based, requiring extensive outside work, preventative maintenance, and timely response to call outs; candidates should have 5+ years of experience in gas compression and a strong commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience as a Mechanical Technician in natural gas field.
• Ability to read gauges and equipment logs.
• Knowledge of natural gas compression equipment and safety standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic maintenance documentation.
• Familiar with HMI software operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 98% mechanical availability on natural gas compressors.
• Perform preventative maintenance on engines, turbines, compressors, and pumps.
• Overhaul engines and compressors as required.
• Respond to call outs within 2 hours and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain safety policies and ensure compliance with regulations.
