Qualifications

  • Member of the Massachusetts bar and a practicing attorney.
  • Minimum five years of experience as an attorney.
  • Knowledge of MA statutes on money laundering, illegal gaming, larceny, domestic violence, and sexual assault; trial experience preferred.
  • Ability to handle a large caseload and appear in court.
  • Excellent legal writing and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, ethical, and a team-player with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate investigations and prosecutions with the State Police.
  • Screen potential cases and foster relationships with industry stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with prosecutors, victim/witness advocates, paralegals, and support staff.
  • Participate in training and occasional district court coverage.
  • Work with the Attorney General’s Office to advance priorities and collaborate with others.
