Job summary

Dave & Buster's Inc. in Indianapolis seeks a Senior Games Technician to repair games, attractions, and technical gear while delivering exceptional guest service.

You’ll troubleshoot down to the component level and read schematics to keep our arcade floor running smoothly. This role offers flexible schedules, paid vacations, benefits, a 401(k) with company match, and the chance to grow with one of the most unique entertainment venues.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electro-mechanics and ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Ability to troubleshoot down to the component level and perform repairs.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Repair and troubleshoot games, attractions, and technical equipment on the arcade floor.
• Read schematics and wiring diagrams to diagnose issues quickly.
• Provide friendly guest service and communicate effectively with the team.
• Assist in training and developing other Support Tech staff.
