Job summary

Dave & Buster's Inc. in Syracuse, NY is seeking a Senior Games Technician to repair and maintain arcade games, attractions and equipment while delivering outstanding guest service.

You will read schematics, troubleshoot down to component level, and share knowledge with teammates to keep the gaming floor running smoothly. The role offers flexible scheduling, a strong benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and free games, plus growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of electro-mechanics with ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Troubleshooting down to the component level and performing repairs.
• Excellent communication skills to provide guest service and teamwork.
• Strong sense of urgency and a positive, proactive attitude.
• Willingness to teach others and share knowledge with the team.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Repair and troubleshoot arcade games, attractions, and equipment.
