Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Technical Test Analyst to evolve and support automated testing for complex game systems. You will design tests, expand automation coverage, and improve reliability and feedback.

You will collaborate with engineers to diagnose issues, extend CI/CD pipelines, and translate manual test needs into automation-ready specifications. Strong C++ testing skills and experience with Selenium/Appium/JUnit are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of quality engineering or software testing experience.
• Test automation programming and scripting experience.
• Solid C++ programming skills for building and extending automated tests.
• Proficiency with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, and JUnit.
• Clear communication skills and Upper-Intermediate English (B2)

Responsibilities

• Design sophisticated automated tests for complex game systems.
• Expand automation coverage where manual testing is inefficient.
• Extend existing test scripts to keep pace with feature changes.
• Improve test reliability by reducing flakiness and strengthening assertions.
• Analyze automation logs and diagnostic data to isolate root causes.
• Reproduce defects with automated steps and document actionable evidence.
• Coordinate with engineers to validate fixes and confirm regressions.
• Monitor automation pipeline health and stabilize CI/CD execution.
• Translate manual test needs into automation-ready technical specifications.
• Advise teams on best use of automation tools and frameworks.
