As Producers at Riot, we lead passionate cross-functional teams to create innovative products and experiences that seek to deliver maximum player value. We drive development, overcome obstacles, and push projects across the finish line. We help conceptualize, deliver, enhance, and influence projects at every stage of production.

As a Senior Game Producer on the Seasons Mission, Champions team, you will report to the Seasons Production Lead. You will be responsible for taking Champion projects from inception to successful launch. Your duties will include building and maintaining work systems, managing schedules and staffing, and coordinating cross-team interactions and stakeholder visibility. You will also ensure the team works sustainably and continuously improves.

Responsibilities

1. Lead cross-functional development teams to own and deliver new and updated Champions for League of Legends PC.
2. Partner with the Champions Team Product Lead to execute product strategies for Champions, Seasons, and other game health projects.
3. Ensure the long-term sustainability of the team by improving capabilities, creating effective work systems, and maintaining team health.
4. Communicate and collaborate effectively with partner teams, vendors, and other groups within the organization.
5. Contribute ideas across different teams and disciplines beyond immediate ownership.

Required Qualifications

1. At least 6 years of experience in a production role within a game or feature development team (e.g., game producer, product manager, project manager).
2. Experience working on 3D character pipelines from 2D concept to launch, with the ability to analyze asset pipelines.
3. Experience applying various development methodologies based on team goals and composition.
4. Experience managing priorities, writing user stories, and leading estimation and scoping.

Desired Qualifications

1. Familiarity with League of Legends and its Champions.
2. Experience managing artists, designers, or vendor teams.
3. Experience managing live services with frequent updates.
4. Experience developing KPIs to measure success.
