Job summary

Citi's FX application support group provides technical and business support for Citi’s Forex trading business, including G10 FX and FX Derivative products. The FX application is a business-critical system providing pricing, trade executions, and related operations.

The role requires on-site coverage during NAM hours, weekend rotations, and participation in releases and disaster recovery tests, with coordination across teams in New York, Irving, Mississauga and other global locations.

Qualifications

Hands-on application support experience in a global markets business.
Experience with Oracle SQL and ad hoc queries.
Unix/Linux system navigation and shell scripting.
Exposure to cloud technologies, DevOps CI/CD, and AI awareness.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Provide user support for mission critical trading system used by trading desks and operations.
Support FX trade life cycle flows including pricing, trading, settlements, and regulatory reporting.
Perform start-of-day checks and monitor application and infrastructure.
Collaborate with technology teams and vendors; raise issues per SLA.
Create and maintain support documentation.
Assist in application releases and post-release checks.
Participate in disaster recovery testing and incident response.
