Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in fund accounting, investment advisory, or Big 4 public accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Comfort working cross-functionally and in direct partnership with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review quarterly NAVs, capital account activity, and financial statements across multiple funds.
• Lead year-end audit processes, liaise with external auditors and fund administrators.
• Collaborate with investment teams to prepare valuation data for internal review.
• Partner with Investor Relations on presentation materials, LP requests, and fundraising.
• Help mentor and manage junior team members.
• Participate in projects to streamline operations and enhance reporting.
