Job summary

Transamerica Asset Management in Denver is seeking a Fund Accounting & Reporting professional to oversee fund administration, accounting, and custody functions within a hybrid schedule. The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, 5+ years of experience, SEC knowledge, and strong Excel skills; you will review financials, assist audits, and support regulatory reporting for ETFs and fund complexes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent education/experience.
• Generally five years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient Word and Excel skills, including Excel macros.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of SEC financial accounting and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service provider and perform initial review of monthly and quarterly financial reporting and accounting in publishable formats for funds and related companies.
• Participate in initial reviews of regulatory reporting to the SEC, shareholders, and regulators.
• Prepare and review Board of Trustee reports.
• Support annual audits and oversee audit documentation and communications with external auditors.
• Review daily financial reporting, including NAV oversight and publishing to the website.
