Job summary

Juniper Square is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Fund Administration to own GTM strategy, messaging, and enablement. You will work closely with Sales leadership to craft collateral, maps, and playbooks that win complex fund administration deals.

You’ll build living personas, reference client insights, and scale launches with cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes AI fluency, customer insight, and collaboration with Product, Sales, and Marketing to drive pipeline and adoption

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in or adjacent to fund administration is required (at a fund administrator, on a fund CFO, controller, or finance operations team, or at a company selling fund administration technology or services).
• Experience in B2B product marketing or GTM strategy roles is advantageous but not required, with a strong bias toward supporting Sales and influencing deal outcomes.
• AI Fluency: experience using LLMs, agents, and AI automation tools to measurably accelerate your work, and understanding where human judgment is critical.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; the ability to translate nuanced market insights into clear, compelling GTM artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Own fund administration GTM strategy, positioning and messaging for the unit across stakeholder groups.
• Drive launches with cross-functional plans and ensure readiness for Sales, Customer Success, and market adoption.
• Create collateral for deals: executive briefs, ROI narratives, competitive battlecards, demo narratives, and stakeholder decks.
• Lead voice-of-customer research and maintain reference client maps to tailor proof for each prospect.
• Build AI-native approaches to research accounts and synthesize inputs to accelerate messaging assets.
