Base pay range

$140,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

Our client, a successful private equity firm, is seeking a Senior Fund Accountant for a hybrid role based in Greenwich, CT. You will be responsible for performing daily cash, finance, and accounting functions for the Americas private equity funds, including Buyout, Growth, and Latin America funds. Additionally, you will assist in coordinating valuations, investor services, and tax compliance related to these funds. A great salary is being offered for this position!

Job Function

• Assist in the invoice allocation and approval process.
• Review cash transactions and reconciliations prepared by fund administrators.
• Assist in the preparation and review of fund, general partner, and co-investor financial statements, including partner capital account statements.
• Analyze and interpret deal documentation for financial reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with fund administrators and communicate necessary information.
• Assist with capital calls and distributions for the funds and co-investors.
• Support quarterly and annual closings, including audit requests.
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• 2 - 7 years of experience in public audit or fund accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA certification is helpful but not required.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and/or Allvue is a plus.
