Standish Management, LLC seeks a Senior Fund Accountant to join its real estate accounting team, focusing on open-end fund administration. The role covers quarterly NAV, investor reporting, JV accounting, REIT structures, and audit coordination.

The position requires experience in fund administration or public accounting with exposure to institutional real estate platforms, and offers mentorship and growth within a global real estate practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics (preferred).
• 4+ years of public accounting experience or equivalent.
• CPA is a plus.
• Real Estate Private Equity experience, preferably with open-ended funds.
• Knowledge of investment accounting concepts.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word & Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Lead the quarterly NAV process for a portfolio of client funds, including NAV calculations and investor statements.
• Prepare capital calls and distribution notices; manage contribution and redemption queues.
• Lead quarterly and annual financial & performance reporting (IRR, TWR, equity multiples) for client funds.
• Calculate partnership income allocations, waterfalls, and carried interest per LPA/JV terms.
• Supervise the audit and tax preparation process; mentor fund accountants.
