Job summary

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with strong automotive systems background.
• 8+ years’ experience in functional safety and chassis systems.
• Experience with ADAS–chassis integration and safety interfaces.
• Experience working with OEMs, suppliers, and assessment bodies.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive functional safety lifecycle for chassis systems from concept through production and operation.
• Develop and Lead Item Definition, HARA, Safety Goals, and ASIL classification.
• Develop and review Functional and Technical Safety Concepts (FSC/TSC).
• Define, allocate, and manage FSRs, TSRs, HW and SW safety requirements.
• Lead and review safety analyses: System FMEA, FTA, FMEDA, and interface-related risks.
• Define safe states, fault reactions, and degradation strategies for chassis and ADAS handover scenarios.
• Apply SOTIF (ISO 21448) to address unknown or insufficiently understood risks and performance limitations.
• Support safety verification and validation (MIL/SIL/HIL, fault injection).
• Own and contribute to Safety Case and SOTIF Case development.
• Perform safety impact analysis for design changes, calibration updates, and field issues.
