Job summary

Kaha Consulting is recruiting a Senior Functional Consultant to lead the analysis, design, and delivery of Fenergo solutions for major financial institutions. You will manage client relationships, gather requirements, and drive successful SaaS deployments with senior stakeholders.

The role requires strong business analysis, solution design capabilities, and excellent communication. You will work in a fast-paced consultancy environment, supporting multinational clients and advancing regulatory

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years business analysis experience in a client-facing role.
• Experience with solution design techniques (e.g. business process modelling).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills for external audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep product, platform and tool knowledge within the Fenergo system.
• Gather requirements and design, validate, train and support client stakeholders.
• Lead functional stream delivery: analysis, design, configuration and evaluation of the SaaS platform.
• Deliver product demonstrations to new and existing clients, including executives.
• Drive change management with client discussions and scope control.
• Research regulatory and business topics to support solution design.
