Job summary

Take2 AI, an AI agents platform for healthcare recruiting, is hiring a Product Engineer – Fullstack to define the next generation of our platform. You will lead major feature initiatives, architect scalable systems, evolve frontend foundations, and set technical standards as we scale from thousands to millions of interactions.

You’ll work closely with product and design, shaping roadmaps and delivering high‑quality systems in a fast growth environment.

Qualifications

• Experience building production software across the stack (DB/API/Frontend).
• Strong frontend depth in React and TypeScript with maintainable architectures.
• Experience designing and consuming APIs with scalable data models.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship new product workflows end-to-end (DB/API/UI).
• Build rich, responsive interfaces used across enterprise teams.
• Help evolve and scale our design system.
• Improve performance and reliability as we scale interactions.
• Partner with product and design to turn ideas into shipped solutions.
• Shape engineering standards and technical direction as an early team member.
