What You'll Do
As a Senior Fullstack Product Engineer, you'll be instrumental in building magical, AI-first user experiences from the ground up. You'll:

• Build real-time collaborative features where AI actively co-edits with users
• Develop seamless, offline-first cross-device experiences
• Design async workflows so AI can act on user tasks even when offline
• Own and drive product features end-to-end from design through deployment
• Create data ingestion pipelines from sources like email and calendars
• Rapidly prototype new ideas and iterate based on user feedback
• Craft elegant UI components for complex, AI-powered functionality
• Collaborate across engineering and design on architecture and product vision
• Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Cohere, etc.) into core user experiences
• Solve challenging technical problems with a deep focus on UX and performance

What We re Looking For

• 5 15 years of software engineering experience, ideally in high-growth startup environments
• Strong fullstack engineering skills with deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and backend API development
• Demonstrated success shipping 0 1 consumer-facing products
• Experience building real-time systems (WebSockets, collaborative tools)
• Solid understanding of offline-first architectures (IndexedDB, client-side syncing)
• Hands-on experience integrating AI/LLMs into products
• Bonus: Background in productivity, note-taking, or knowledge management tools
• Bonus: CS degree from a top-tier program (e.g., MIT, Stanford, CMU, Berkeley, Waterloo, etc.)
• Strong product instincts and ability to make design-aware technical decisions
• Comfortable working autonomously in a flat, high-trust team
• Must be available for core collaboration hours from 9am 3pm PST

Compensation:
$180,000-$220,000 per year
