Job summary

Diverse CG Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. is seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer in the Town of Poland, NY. You will develop features for a digital banking platform and improve API solutions for key banking services, alongside modernizing the legacy Corporate Netbank platform.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 years of Java experience, 2 years with Angular, and strong collaboration skills. The role includes private medical care and sports card co-financing.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
• Around 2 years of experience with Angular.
• Strong experience in building API solutions.
• Working knowledge of Spring and Hibernate.
• Experience with reactive programming.
• Experience with REST, microservices, SQL, and Git.
• Knowledge of Cucumber framework.
• Good understanding of SOLID principles and design patterns.
• High level of software development skills and engineering mindset.
• Experience working in an Agile environment, preferably SAFe.
• Strong collaboration skills and focus on quality and timely delivery.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain new features for a modern corporate digital banking platform.
• Build and improve API solutions supporting key banking services.
• Contribute to the modernization of the legacy Corporate Netbank platform.
• Work with backend services based on microservice and monolithic architecture.
• Design and implement resilient, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
• Follow Domain-Driven Design principles.
• Collaborate closely with developers, Product Owners, architects, analysts, and QA engineers.
• Support maintenance, compliance, and platform improvement activities.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to team planning and delivery.
• Ensure high quality of delivered software through clean code and best engineering practices.
