Job summary

Enky is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer specialized in Shopify (React, Node.js) to strengthen our internal tech capabilities and guide the evolution of our product ecosystem from Bubble to a modern hybrid or full-code stack centered on Shopify and custom backend services.

You will maintain and optimize current apps, build integrations, mentor juniors, and define scalable architecture standards while collaborating with Product and Design to deliver high-quality experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building scalable web applications.
• Proven experience with Shopify and/or headless commerce architectures (Storefront API, Hydrogen, Remix, etc.).
• Strong mastery of JavaScript / TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Solid understanding of REST and GraphQL APIs, webhooks, and authentication.
• Experience with CI/CD principles, Git, and testing practices (unit/integration).
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
• Background in startups or fast-paced product environments.
• Bonus: experience with Bubble.io and Shopify.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, optimization, and maintenance of our applications (performance, structure, reusable components, plugins).
• Design and implement custom integrations across our ecosystem (Shopify, CRM/ERP, payment gateways, etc.).
• Participate in the migration strategy from Bubble toward a hybrid or full-code stack (Node.js / NestJS / PostgreSQL / TypeScript).
• Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.
• Define and document technical standards for scalable architecture and best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to improving overall technical practices.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer Shopify (React, Node.js) to strengthen our internal technical capabilities and lead the evolution of our product ecosystem — from our existing Bubble stack to a modern, scalable, hybrid or full-code environment centered around Shopify and custom backend services.

You will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing current applications, developing new features and integrations, and shaping the technical foundations that will support Enky’s next growth phase.

Key missions
