Job summary

TP-Link Systems Inc. is seeking a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain global corporate and product websites and web apps. You will drive architecture, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams using PHP, Go, or Java.

You’ll work on cloud-based and AI-powered solutions, ensure security and performance, and translate Figma/Photoshop designs into production experiences. Join a fast-growing team and impact products used worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/SE.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• 4+ years with modern JS frameworks (React/Vue/Angular).
• 3+ years backend with PHP and Go or Java.
• Experience building corporate/product websites and responsive web apps.
• Knowledge of SEO, performance optimization, and accessibility.
• Experience collaborating with designers using Figma/Photoshop.
• Experience designing scalable web apps and services.
• Mentoring developers and contributing to architecture discussions.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Familiarity with integrating third-party APIs and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain globally used corporate websites and web apps.
• Lead best practices for scalable, secure, accessible web applications.
• Provide technical leadership on architecture, performance, and reliability.
• Coach and mentor junior engineers through code reviews and guidance.
• Develop and optimize backend services in PHP, Go, or Java.
• Create responsive, mobile-friendly experiences across devices.
• Collaborate with design/product/marketing to translate designs into production.
• Implement SEO, performance, and accessibility optimizations.
• Develop/maintain CMS platforms and integrations.
• Evaluate and integrate cloud-based and AI-powered solutions.
• Participate in evaluating third-party services and modern tools.
