You will drive technical architecture, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cloud-based and AI-powered solutions while upholding best practices and accessibility standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain globally used corporate websites, product websites, and web applications.
• Define and lead best practices for scalable, secure, accessible, and maintainable web applications.
• Provide technical leadership on architecture, scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Coach and mentor less experienced developers through code reviews and guidance.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using PHP, Go, or Java.
• Build responsive, mobile-first web experiences across devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with design, product, and marketing to translate designs into production-ready experiences.
• Implement SEO, performance optimizations, and accessibility standards.
• Develop and maintain CMS platforms and integrations.
• Collaborate to implement cloud-based and AI-powered solutions and evaluate third-party services.
