Job summary

Hagerty Insurance Agency is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack to own development across live auction systems and internal tools. You will work with NextJS, TypeScript, React, and Node.js, delivering fast, accessible experiences during live events, and collaborating on architecture across Azure and AWS integrations with Microsoft Dynamics 365.

You will contribute to automated testing, deployment patterns, and production support, while guiding junior engineers and shaping product

Qualifications

• Senior engineer with multiple large-scale, customer-facing systems experience.
• Experience delivering live-event critical software and on-call support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain fullstack applications across web platforms.
• Own features from design through production and monitoring.
• Design tests (unit/integration/e2e) and ensure reliability.
• Collaborate across teams to integrate with Dynamics 365 and Azure/AWS platforms.
• Contribute to architecture decisions focusing on performance and security.
