Game Devs of Color Expo is seeking a true full‑stack builder to own projects end‑to‑end inside Medal. You’ll work with the General Manager and Medal tech leadership to scale real‑time video tracking and analytics, build secure payments, and integrate social APIs across platforms.

You’ll move quickly, iterate with AI coding tools, and shape pragmatic stack choices. The role requires 5+ years of full‑stack experience with React/Redux/Node.js, in‑person work in NYC, and a strong bias for delivery

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full stack engineering experience.
• Experience with React, Redux, and Node.js.
• In-person: NYC-based, 5 days in the office.
• Ownership and attention to end-to-end quality.
• Strong understanding of code performance and profiling tools.
• Be result-driven and ship features backed by metrics.
• Bonus: experience shipping products from idea to 1; background in Java, C#, C++; passion for creator economy and games industry.

Responsibilities

• Own projects end-to-end from idea to launch, including design and implementation.
• Scale real-time video tracking and analytics across thousands of videos.
• Build secure payments and payout workflows.
• Ship integrations with social APIs (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram).
• Plan for a Discord bot as part of the ecosystem.
