Job summary

ARB Interactive, Inc. is seeking a Fullstack Software Engineer to architect, build, and maintain modern, scalable systems across the stack. You’ll work on frontend in React/Next.js/TypeScript and backend in Node.js with MySQL, deployed to AWS.

You’ll lead cross-team initiatives like game lobbies, authentication, promotions, and payments, ensuring performance, accessibility, and responsive design. A strong communicator and team player with gaming/paid features experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years frontend engineering with React, TS and Next.js.
• 5+ years backend development with Node.js, TS and MySQL.
• Cloud experience (AWS) and familiarity with serverless architecture.
• Strong understanding of state management, design systems, and component architecture.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, web analytics, and responsive design.
• Proactive communicator with a team-focused mindset.
• Experience with high-traffic gaming platforms is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain front-end features in React (Next.js) and TypeScript.
• Architect reliable backend services and APIs using Node.js, TypeScript, and MySQL.
• Lead initiatives across the stack, such as game lobbies, authentication, promotions, and payment integrations.
• Collaborate with product, design, business stakeholders, and QA to deliver polished, scalable features.
• Optimize for performance, accessibility, SEO, and responsiveness.
• Champion best practices, mentor team members, and lead code reviews.
• Support and enhance our AWS-based infrastructure.
• Ensure high quality deliverables through testing, QA collaboration, and monitoring.
