Job description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Fullstack Developer who is tech-savvy and eager to explore new technologies, shaping innovative solutions to join our fast-paced, dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications across both frontend and backend layers while mentoring your teammates.

I. What You’ll Do

1. Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications across both frontend and backend layers.
2. Contribute to early-stage solutioning, including architecture design, tech stack decisions, and implementation strategy.
3. Explore and apply new technologies to build proof-of-concepts, internal tools, or client-facing demos.
4. Collaborate with other developers, designers, and presales/PM teams to refine technical proposals and validate ideas.
5. Support internal stakeholders with technical consulting, effort estimation, and feasibility assessments.
6. Ensure clean, maintainable code and participate in peer reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
7. Mentor junior teammates and foster a collaborative, learning-driven environment.

II. What You’ll Bring

Must-have skills:

• 5+ years of experience working as a Fullstack Developer with proficiency in either Python or Java for backend language and at least one frontend framework (e.g. ReactJS, VueJS).
• Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, Object Oriented Programming.
• Solid understanding of web architecture, REST APIs, and database design (SQL/NoSQL).
• Demonstrated ability to work on ambiguous, fast-paced projects that require creative problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience in leading teams of 3–5 members.
• A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn, experiment, and contribute ideas.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Hands-on experience with AI/ML, Blockchain, or Big Data projects.
• Experience with containerization, CI/CD pipelines, microservices, caching tools, data visualization, queuing systems or large-scale distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with open-source projects, public/private cloud services.
• Understanding of security best practices in software development.
