Front is seeking a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer to lead the most impactful initiatives across the inbox, messages, and composer surfaces. You will work with Product and Design to shape scope, tradeoffs, and timelines, while delivering technically excellent experiences for thousands of customers.

Qualifications include strong fullstack experience, a track record of leading complex projects, and a collaborative mindset.

Experience collaborating with Product and Design to shape scope and delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of high-impact, complex initiatives across Front's client surfaces and backend services.
Drive technical direction across the stack, architecture, and performance strategies.
Champion UX craft, accessibility, and product thinking in collaboration with design.
Partner with Product and Design to shape requirements, identify risks, and align on tradeoffs.
Raise the bar for quality, testing, observability, and maintainability across frontend and backend.
Grow others and foster a collaborative, high-quality engineering culture.
