Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• 4+ years building production-grade, backend-leaning full-stack applications.
• Experience in high-growth, venture-backed startups.
• Experience building and scaling large-scale data processing systems.
• Strong mentoring and architectural decision-making capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-stack feature development with a focus on backend systems and platform capabilities.
• Design, build, and scale systems that process large volumes of audio and ML training data.
• Develop production-grade user experiences to help customers understand datasets.
• Collaborate with ML researchers to improve data collection, processing, and evaluation workflows.
• Deploy and evaluate LLM-based and signal-processing solutions to improve customer insights.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to standards, architecture discussions, and best practices.
