Job summary

Torch Dental is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer who leans frontend to help build our AI-powered Revenue Cycle Management product and the Marketplace. You will spend most of your time crafting fast, intuitive React/TypeScript experiences for dental practices, while owning features end-to-end across the stack.

You’ll collaborate with product and business stakeholders, ship clean interfaces, and apply rigorous coding practices.

Qualifications

7+ years of software engineering with a strong frontend focus.
Deep expertise in React and TypeScript.
Solid UI fundamentals—layout, performance, and state management.
Hands-on experience with TanStack Router and TanStack Query.
Backend range to build and maintain Python/FastAPI endpoints.
Strong product sense and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Build fast, well-structured frontend experiences in React and TypeScript.
Own features end-to-end—from components to API integration.
Contribute to backend APIs using Python and FastAPI.
Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to translate requirements into clean interfaces.
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and engineering standards.
Mentor other engineers and advocate frontend quality.
Navigate two frontend contexts: a React/TypeScript SPA and a Django server-rendered marketplace.
