Job summary

OMNICOMMANDER, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Senior Full-stack Engineer to own customer-facing features from accessible React and TypeScript interfaces through C#/.NET web APIs and PostgreSQL data.

This on-site role is located in Brentwood, TN or Santa Rosa Beach, FL and reports to the Software Engineering Manager. You will work with Product, Design, and QA, build secure, scalable SaaS components, and contribute to SOC 2 readiness while mentoring teammates and delivering reliable releases.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of engineering experience delivering production SaaS applications.
• Strong React and TypeScript experience including component architecture, state management, navigation, API integration, and performance.
• Hands-on C#/.NET experience building and maintaining production APIs and backend services.
• Strong PostgreSQL fundamentals including schema design, migrations, transactions, query optimization, and data integrity.
• Experience building secure SaaS software with authentication, authorization, and data protection.
• Automated testing across the stack, code reviews, CI/CD practices, AWS deployments, and production troubleshooting.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English (B2+), work across teams, and mentor other engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design and build accessible, responsive React and TypeScript interfaces with reusable components and consistent design patterns.
• Own features end-to-end, connecting frontend behavior and state management to API contracts and data.
• Develop and maintain secure C#/.NET web APIs with thoughtful data models, validation, performance considerations, and reliable changes.
• Apply modern frontend tooling and architecture for scalable, intuitive experiences.
• Follow secure development practices including authentication, authorization, data protection, and safe input handling.
• Build and support AWS cloud-native solutions using containers, serverless approaches, and modern CI/CD practices.
• Write automated frontend, backend, and integration tests; review code, document decisions, and assist in safe, repeatable releases.
• Investigate and resolve production issues across UI, API, and data layers; mentor teammates and contribute to SOC 2 readiness.

You will work with AWS-hosted applications, translate complex product needs into secure and maintainable solutions, collaborate with Product, Design, and QA, and help our engineering team deliver reliably.This role will report to the Software Engineering Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build accessible, responsive React and TypeScript interfaces with reusable components, clear interactions, and consistent design patterns.

• Investigate and resolve production issues across the UI, API, and data layers; mentor teammates and contribute to secure SDLC practices and SOC 2 readiness.

What We Are Looking For

• Senior-level engineering experience, typically 8+ years or equivalent demonstrated expertise, delivering and maintaining production SaaS applications.
• Strong React and TypeScript experience, including component architecture, application state, navigation, API integration, and performance.
• Hands-on C#/.NET experience building and supporting maintainable production APIs and backend services.
• Strong PostgreSQL and SQL fundamentals, including schema design, migrations, transactions, query optimization, and data integrity.
• Experience building secure SaaS software using authentication, authorization, data protection, and appropriate separation of customer data.
• Demonstrated automated testing across the stack, code reviews, CI/CD practices, AWS deployments, and production troubleshooting.
• Ability to weigh end-to-end technical tradeoffs, communicate clearly in English (B2+), work well across teams, and mentor other engineers.
• Experience working with modern state management approaches, accessible component libraries, UI testing, and performance or accessibility auditing is a plus.
• Experience with Data-rich dashboards, advanced tables and forms, real-time user experiences, visual editors, or content-management workflows is a plus.
• Experience with Python or Rust for supporting services; Amazon Bedrock, AI integrations, or vector search is a plus.
• Experience with infrastructure as code, background and event-driven processing, observability, caching, or cloud reliability improvements is a plus.
• Fintech or enterprise SaaS experience, SOC 2-related engineering practices, AI-enabled features, or additional programming languages are highly desirable for this role.
