Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in United States, New York, NY, is seeking an experienced Java/JEE full-stack developer to join a fast-moving squad delivering mission-critical applications.

The role emphasizes AI DLC, DevOps in GitLab/GitHub, AWS deployment, and SCRUM, with a strong focus on secure, scalable software through the PDLC.

Candidates should have 13+ years in Java/UX, and certifications in Java/JEE and UX/JavaScript; AWS certs are a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 13+ years of experience in full-stack Java/UX/JS development.
• Experience in GitLab/GitHub based DevOps and SDLC practices.
• 2+ years with AI Code Assist tools using Claude LLMs and AI DLC.
• Experience deploying to AWS ECS environments and related services.
• 3+ years UX/JavaScript development with Vue/React or similar.
• Strong OOAD, UML, and API integration knowledge.
• Must have Java/JEE certified and UX/JavaScript certification; AWS certs desirable.
• Python development experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute as a squad member to design and implement products through the PDLC.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and Scrum Master to improve velocity.
• Work as a cross-functional team player to augment squad needs.
• Share knowledge with the squad and participate in community practice.
