Job summary

Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking a Web Developer to join our team supporting secure, mission-critical federal applications. This role is ideal for a full-stack developer who enjoys building modern web applications, solving complex technical challenges, and delivering secure, high-quality solutions in an Agile environment.

You will work with C#, .NET 8+, ASP.NET Core, Blazor, Razor Pages, and SQL Server, contribute to CI/CD, and operate within SAFe Agile practices while

Qualifications

• 6+ years of web application development experience.
• Experience with C# and .NET 8+/ASP.NET Core.
• Experience with SQL Server or relational databases.
• Strong understanding of architecture, API integration, and reusable patterns.
• Experience with Git-based workflows, code reviews, and automated builds.
• CompTIA Security+ certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using C#, .NET 8+, ASP.NET Core, Blazor, and Razor Pages.
• Integrate applications with REST APIs and backend services.
• Develop and maintain SQL Server databases and data access layers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the application stack, including front-end, API, database, and hosting environments.
• Implement secure coding practices and remediate security findings.
• Support authentication and authorization solutions using modern identity standards.
• Contribute to automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and code reviews.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and stakeholders in a SAFe Agile environment.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools responsibly while maintaining ownership of code quality and testing.
