Valitana is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Technical Lead (backend-focused) to drive technology growth. This role involves end-to-end ownership of defined domains, mentoring developers, and ensuring robust software delivery. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience in FinTech, strong proficiency in C#/.NET, and deep knowledge of cloud-based systems.

The successful candidate will work mainly in the office with remote flexibility and receive a competitive salary of $170,000 to $210,000 along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Full-Stack or Back-End Developer.
• Experience designing and supporting cloud-based architectures.
• Experience leading multi-quarter technical initiatives.
• Strong understanding of agile development methodologies.
• Ability to mentor engineers and guide technical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Contribute hands-on to data-intensive client-facing applications.
• Own technical design and delivery for a defined domain.
• Guide system and API design ensuring delivery meets requirements.
• Lead technical execution for client-facing initiatives.
• Provide day-to-day technical guidance to developers.
• Act as primary technical escalation point for your domain.
