Job summary

RAIS USA seeks a Full Stack Development Lead for Asset Management Technology in Boston. The role blends hands-on coding with strategic leadership, guiding a distributed team across cloud-native delivery and platform modernization.

You will shape architecture, lead cross-functional initiatives with Investments, Operations, Product and Tech, and own production systems. Strong AWS, CI/CD, and UI skills are essential to deliver scalable investment platforms.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in a senior lead role.
• Hands-on experience with AWS architecture and cloud services (Glue, Lambda, API Gateway, IAM, S3, CloudWatch, etc.).
• Proven ability to lead distributed, global teams and deliver cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong API development and full-stack delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the technology strategy aligned with Investments business goals.
• Lead strategic, cross-functional initiatives delivering transformation in investment tech.
• Lead and contribute to full-stack development across cloud-native and hybrid architectures.
• Own production environment, deployments, monitoring, and operational security.
