Job summary

Wipro Limited in California seeks an Onsite L2 Tech Lead (Full-Stack) for Supply Chain to drive technical direction and deliver enterprise-scale applications. You will lead cross-functional teams, own key architectural decisions, and ensure reliable production systems.

The role requires 8+ years of programming experience, hands-on coding across backend and frontend, DevOps, CI/CD, API design, and strong familiarity with Supply Chain workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of programming experience, or 4+ years with a PhD.
• Experience leading teams and setting technical direction.
• Hands-on with enterprise-scale platform development, integrations, and on-call support.
• Strong API design and unit testing experience in an enterprise setting.
• Experience improving quality via code reviews, testing, rollout, and monitoring.
• Team lead / architect experience with broad domain scope.
• Deep knowledge of Supply Chain domain and ability to apply AI to workflows.
