Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
  • 5 years of engineering experience, or an Advanced degree with 3 years of engineering experience.
  • Experience in full-stack development using modern web technologies for both frontend and backend applications.
  • Experience integrating data from multiple enterprise systems to support business operations.
  • Experience designing and maintaining scalable backend services and APIs.
  • U.S. Citizen - The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.

What You Will Do

Join a team dedicated to building and maintaining Pratt & Whitney's Development Network Application (DNA), a cloud-enabled, full-stack web platform that integrates data from multiple enterprise systems to streamline engine test, assembly, and validation workflows. This role focuses on creating scalable, modern web applications to support critical business operations and improve efficiency across various engineering processes.

  • Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
