What You Will Do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and cloud-native architectures to support enterprise applications.
• Develop modern web applications, including frontend and backend components, to enable dashboards, workflow automation, and multi-disciplinary integrations.
• Implement reliable enterprise data integrations to streamline communication and reduce operational risks.
• Deploy and support applications in cloud environments, ensuring high performance and maintainability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver features that address program needs and enhance operational transparency.
• Support the expansion of platform capabilities, including browser-based and mobile-friendly interfaces.
• Maintain accountability for the quality, performance, and continuous delivery of software solutions.

• Experience supporting integrations across multiple test, assembly, or validation phases, such as dashboards or discrepancy tracking tools.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
