Xforia Global Talent & Technology Solutions in the United States is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, implement, and deliver scalable software systems across multiple product domains. You will mentor junior engineers, conduct root-cause analysis, and help reduce technical debt while ensuring performance, security, and reliability.

The role emphasizes hands-on development with Java/Spring, React on the frontend, and modern DevOps practices, including GitHub Actions.

Competenze

• , Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in technical discipline and 7+ years in design and development of large-scale production systems.

• 7+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing large-scale solutions in production environments
