High Country Search Group is assisting a high-growth travel-tech client in Denver seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer. You will craft enterprise applications using C#, .NET Core, and Blazor, building robust UI and services while applying SOLID principles in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

The role requires hands-on expertise across the stack, from backend APIs to frontend interfaces, with a focus on maintainability, testability (TDD), and DevOps practices in Azure.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of full stack software development experience.
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core 3.x or newer.
• Experience with Blazor or other modern frontend frameworks.
• Experience with JWT authentication/authorization.
• Solid design principles (SOLID/DRY) and clean architecture.

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOU:

My client is hiring a Sr. Software Engineer, .NET Full Stack engineer. You are a hands‑on engineer who thrives on building and supporting enterprise applications, developing user‑friendly UI views, and following Agile practices. You are comfortable working across all areas of the platform and take pride in delivering impactful solutions.

REQUIREMENTS:

My client is looking for the following:

• 6–10+ years of FULL STACK software development experience
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core 3.x or newer
• Strong experience with Blazor (or other modern FE frameworks)
• Strong experience with authentication and authorization via JWTs
• Strong experience with SOLID/DRY principles and clean architecture
• Strong experience with Azure and DevOps (CI/CD)
• Strong TDD experience including unit and integration tests

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience working with Entity Framework Core for complex data modeling and querying
• Experience or interest in developing Mobile applications with MAUI

LOCATION

This role is office‑based in the Denver area, and they are in the office 5 days a week for the first 90 day, then, once you have established yourself, there is flexibility to work from home 2 days a week.

SALARY / BENEFITS

The salary target for this role is $125,000 – $165,000, depending on location, seniority, and experience. There *may* be wiggle room up to 175,000 for a Lead / Staff / Principal Level candidate. Benefits are typical for companies of this size, including Health, Dental, Vision, and a 401K (no match), along with an open “take what you need” PTO policy.
