Tuvli, an Akima company, seeks a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain enterprise web apps hosted in Azure Government Cloud. You will own features end to end from Angular to .NET REST API to Azure SQL, supporting migration and modernization in a FedRAMP-aligned environment.

You will collaborate with architects, DevSecOps, DBAs, and infrastructure teams, delivering secure, scalable software with CI/CD pipelines and IaC.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience with C# / ASP.NET Core and a modern front-end framework (Angular preferred).
• Proven experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Strong TypeScript, HTML, and CSS with accessible, data-dense UI.
• Experience with SQL Server / Azure SQL and ORM such as Entity Framework Core.
• Hands-on experience deploying apps in Microsoft Azure; Azure Government Cloud preferred.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD automation.
• Secure development practices in regulated environments (FedRAMP, FISMA, or NIST-based).
• Technical skills: C#, ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET Framework, .NET; Angular/TypeScript; EF Core; T-SQL; Azure services; OAuth/OIDC/JWT; IaC (Bicep/ARM/PowerShell).
• DevSecOps practices including SAST, SCA, and secret management.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, and maintain features end to end across UI, API, and data layer.
• Build responsive UI in Angular and TypeScript and API endpoints and data access.
• Support migration and modernization of .NET Framework apps to .NET Core/.NET and move data to Azure SQL.
• Write and maintain automated tests across stack (unit, integration, end-to-end).
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for frontend and API.
• Contribute to Infrastructure as Code (Bicep/ARM/PowerShell) for App Service, Key Vault, storage, and networking.
• Integrate with identity and access controls using Entra ID/OAuth2.0/OIDC/JWT and authorization.
• Implement security controls aligned to FedRAMP/NIST/FISMA and remediate findings.
• Instrument the app with Azure Monitor and Application Insights; monitor performance.
• Troubleshoot issues across UI, API, database, and deployment; mentor junior engineers.
• Contribute to code reviews, technical design, and documentation.

Tuvli, an Akima company, isseeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain enterprise web applications hosted in Azure Government Cloud. You will own feature work end to end, from an Angular single-page application through a .NET (ASP.NET Core) REST API to an Azure SQL data layer. You will support the ongoing migration and modernization of these applications and partner with architects, DevSecOps engineers, DBAs, and infrastructure teams to deliver into a FedRAMP-aligned environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain features end to end across an Angular front end, a .NET (ASP.NET Core) REST API, and an Azure SQL data layer.
• Build responsive, accessible UI in Angular and TypeScript, and the API endpoints and data access that back it.
• Support migration and modernization of .NET Framework applications to .NET Core / .NET, and of on-premises data to Azure SQL (Managed Instance and Azure SQL Database). (Original split this across two infra-oriented bullets.)
• Write and maintain automated tests across the stack (unit, integration, and end-to-end) and treat them as part of the definition of done.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, including build, release, and quality gates for both the front end and the API.
• Contribute to Infrastructure as Code (Bicep / ARM / PowerShell) for application resources such as App Service, Key Vault, storage, and networking integration. (Original listed IaC as a primary duty with Terraform first.)
• Integrate the application with identity and access controls using Entra ID / OAuth 2.0 / OIDC, JWT, and role- or claim-based authorization. (Original: "Azure Policy, Defender for Cloud, Key Vault, Entra ID, MFA, and PIM" as a platform-security duty.)
• Implement and uphold application-layer security controls aligned to FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, and FISMA, and remediate findings from SAST, DAST, and dependency scans.
• Instrument the application with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights for logging, tracing, and performance.
• Troubleshoot issues across UI, API, database, and deployment in non-production and production environments.
• Contribute to code reviews, technical design, and documentation, and mentor less-senior engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience, with strong depth in C# / ASP.NET Core on the back end and a modern SPA framework on the front end (Angular preferred). (Original: "3-5+ years of cloud engineering or cloud infrastructure experience.")
• Proven experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Strong TypeScript, HTML, and CSS (SCSS or Tailwind), with an eye for accessible, data-dense UI.
• Experience with relational data access and SQL Server / Azure SQL, including an ORM such as Entity Framework Core.
• Hands-on experience deploying and operating applications in Microsoft Azure; Azure Government Cloud strongly preferred.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD automation.
• Working knowledge of secure development practices in a regulated environment (FedRAMP, FISMA, or NIST-based preferred).

Desired Qualifications

• Experience in Azure Government or other sovereign / regulated clouds.
• Accessibility experience (Section 508, WCAG 2.1 AA).
• Experience with enterprise data grids, complex forms, and reporting-heavy UI.
• Experience modernizing monoliths or legacy data access toward a cloud-native architecture.
• Familiarity with migrating SQL Server workloads (schema, data, and application cutover).
• Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a moderate risk public trust.
