• Experience owning data-rich applications from ambiguity through implementation, deployment and production operation.
• Ability to translate complex user needs into understandable interfaces and dependable workflows.
• Strong collaboration across product, data, model and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the public product and its architecture, APIs, performance and reliability.
• Own user workflows from visitor to operator, including accounts, assets, and permissions.
• Collaborate with engineers and researchers to deliver customer deployments.
• Direct user feedback and production debugging to improve workflows.
