Epicor seeks a Senior Product Developer in Solon, IA to design, develop, test, and maintain features across frontend, backend, database, and integrations, delivering secure, enterprise-grade solutions with cross-functional teams. You will lead design discussions, review code, mentor developers, and apply AI-enabled tools to enhance product capabilities using React, Python/Django, SQL, and APIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in software development with modern web applications and enterprise-scale solutions.
• Strong experience with React, Python, Django, SQL, APIs, and full-stack web development.
• Deep understanding of software architecture, testing methodologies, debugging techniques, security, and performance optimization.
• Experience designing, building, and supporting integrations, RESTful APIs, and data-driven applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain application features across the software development lifecycle.
• Build responsive user experiences using React, Angular, or similar modern web frameworks.
• Develop backend services, business logic, APIs, and integrations using Python, Django, or comparable technologies.
• Create and optimize SQL queries, database models, and data processes to support scalable enterprise applications.
• Lead technical design discussions, participate in code reviews, and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Investigate defects, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions to improve quality and performance.
• Mentor developers, promote development best practices, and leverage AI tools to enhance capabilities.
