Ideal candidates have 9+ years of coding, extensive cloud experience, and a track record shaping organizational design for scaling engineering teams. Hybrid work flexibility is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related quantitative field.
• 6+ years of experience in software engineering.
• 3+ years of experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Experience leading architectural design reviews and influencing standards.
• 4+ years with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
• 4+ years using Git-based version-control systems.
• 5+ years contributing to open source frameworks.
• 5+ years front-end JS/TS frameworks.
• Experience creating synchronous and asynchronous APIs.
• 9+ years coding in two+ languages (Go, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Rust, C#, Scala).
• Experience with AI-based coding tools and IDE copilots.
• Experience managing multi-team engineering organizations or programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers.
• Collaborate with product managers to deliver cloud-based solutions for regulatory needs.
• Provide strategic direction across multiple Agile teams and programs.
• Define multi-year technology roadmaps and investment priorities.
• Develop leaders and plan succession across teams.
• Drive end-to-end design and implementation of large-scale distributed or cloud-native systems.
