Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Senior Full Stack Pentester to join its Cyber Security Assurance Division and lead high‑impact assessments across global technology environments.

You will identify exploitable vulnerabilities, demonstrate security risk, and collaborate with security partners and CIO clients to strengthen defenses. Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to monitoring efforts are also part of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of professional offensive security experience.
• Must be able to articulate risk to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficient with penetration testing tools: Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nmap.
• Strong understanding of networks, operating systems, active directory, and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform assessments of bank technologies and security controls.
• Identify misconfigurations and vulnerabilities to assess risk.
• Coordinate with security partners, CIO clients, and lines of business.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to monitoring and response capabilities.
