Job summary

KellyMitchell is seeking a Full Stack Developer with expertise in .NET and React to develop and support enterprise applications while guiding AI-focused initiatives. The role blends hands-on coding with reviews and architecture oversight to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing software.

Work closely with DevOps, Product, and Compliance teams; contribute to API and UI development; and champion secure coding, automated tests, and solid documentation in a collaborative, on-site environment

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 1+ year in a senior/lead role.
• Proficiency in .NET and React API/UI development.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and oversight across AI initiatives.
• Conduct code, design, and architecture reviews for quality and security.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Product, and Compliance teams to support delivery and governance.
• Contribute to hands-on development of applications, APIs, and cloud-ready solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and support CI/CD, deployment and operations.
• Promote secure coding, automated testing, documentation, and version control standards.
