Job summary

Franklin Fitch is seeking a Full Stack .NET Developer in Boston, MA. The role offers a hybrid work model (approximately three days in the Boston office) and focuses on building and modernizing applications across the full stack, including REST APIs and Azure deployment.

We’re looking for 4+ years of experience, strong C#/.NET skills, and comfort with front-end frameworks like React/Angular/Vue. You’ll collaborate with business stakeholders and contribute to technical direction and DevOps

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience with C# and .NET.
• Experience with ASP.NET, Entity Framework and REST APIs.
• Strong SQL and relational database knowledge.
• Exposure to a modern front-end framework such as React, Angular or Vue.
• Experience working with Azure or another major cloud platform.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD and Agile development.
• Strong computer science and software engineering fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance full-stack applications using C#, .NET and ASP.NET.
• Build modern web applications across SPA and MVC architectures.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs, databases and third-party/SaaS platforms.
• Work with SQL and relational database design.
• Deploy and support applications within Microsoft Azure.
• Contribute to CI/CD, automated deployment, testing and DevOps practices.
• Build proof-of-concept solutions and evaluate new technologies.
• Participate in code reviews and promote strong engineering practices.
• Collaborate with junior developers and share knowledge across the team.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
