Job summary

Command Cyber Solutions is seeking a Full Stack .NET Developer to rearchitect a federal application, improving performance and aligning with core mission areas. The role requires on-site presence in Rockville, MD, and a Public Trust clearance.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in Asp.Net and Angular, with Blazor experience, and a strong background in cloud migrations to Azure GovCloud, RESTful services, and secure coding practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Asp .Net back-end development and SQL databases.
• 8+ years of Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript front-end tech.
• 3+ years experience with Blazor.
• Experience with .NET Core and .NET 8.
• Active US citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Azure GovCloud migration experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Accurately estimate effort by defining the technical approach for fixing defects, implementing changes, and/or building new functionality
• Develop, document, unit test, and peer review software as required
• Interface with Business Analysts and Software Testers to ensure a full understanding and fulfillment of requirements
• Work closely with the development team to support Operations & Maintenance (O&M) and New Product Development activities.
• Design and develop robust, scalable web applications using Angular, SQL, and ASP.NET.
• Utilize practical experience in custom and complex enterprise-wide workflow-based systems.
• Collaborate with the Development team and the technical stakeholders to plan and execute the migration of the system to Azure GovCloud.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers to ensure high-quality code.
• Develop new system enhancements, CRs, and resolve defects to improve the application.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain innovative and cutting-edge.
• Optimize and maintain existing codebases, ensuring peak performance and scalability
• Implement defensive programming practices to enhance security and scalability.
