Coupang’s Rocket Growth Engineering Team leads the development of the next-generation fulfillment platform, enabling Sellers to offer a wide, competitively priced product selection. You will steer distributed systems, from Listings to Settlements, and guide senior engineers.

The role requires prior ecommerce leadership experience and the ability to direct cross-functional teams, delivering scalable, reliable software with a strong focus on trust and performance.

Formación

• Experience with large distributed systems and modern languages (Java/Scala/Kotlin/C/C#/C++, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work in an Agile development environment and meet tight deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Build, own, and maintain large-scale distributed systems.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, front-end developers, and product owners.
• Establish design and architectural roadmaps for the business.
